The contest is opened to all the amateurs and professionals from anywhere in the world.
This international salon has the patronage of FIAP, CEF, FCF and ISF, so it will go by their respectives rules, and accepted works will go for the obtention of their honorific titles.
- The subject is free. There are three sections: (A) Monocrome, (B) Colour and (C) Experimental (Altered Reality).
- Images must be submitted in digital, so on-line at the circuit website: www.spanishandorrancircuit.com
- Each entrant may submit a maximum of four entries in each section.
- The images will be sent in JPEG format. The required maximum for any side is 1.024 pixels., with a resolution of 72 dpi and a 512 Kb max size.
- The entrant certifies that he is the sole owner of all the rigths and elements on the images which he presents.
- Entries will not be judged without an entry form together with the full payment of entry fee.
- The organization will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage of CD-Rom or e-mail files. The works will be handled with great care.
- All participants authorize at "1st Spanishandorroan International Digital Circuit 2010" the reproduction of their works for particular contests promotion purpose and other activities as for a CD-Catalogue edition, always appearing the author's name.
- Cash payment will be accepted in : Euros (€), USD ($). Checks won't be accepted.

- All authors under 21 years are exempt from paying registration fees.
- Notification will be sent by e-mail.
- Each entrant will receive a high quality salon catalogue on CR-Rom.
- The decision of the judges is final.
- The participation in this contest means the total acceptance of these rules.
